The Bulls suffered through a winless inaugural season in 2004 as a part of the Inland Northwest Football League.  After leaving the INWFL for the Evergreen Football League, owner Jared Crum changed the name of the team to the Columbia Basin Bulls in an effort to encompass a larger regional draw.

2005 was another winless season, but the Bulls found more offensive firepower than 2005, matching their 2004 output of 26 points in their third game.

In 2006 Jared Crum decided to step down from the Bulls and Dave Kramer took over but was not allowed to play in the EFL because of a conflict with a player owned team which would become the Columbia Basin Riverhawks.  The Bulls franchise would be dissolved before the 2006 season got underway.
