The Pocatello Fighting Kangaroos, brainchild of
David Lint struggled from the start losing every game on the '97
schedule.
To start 1998 the team changed it's moniker to the
Bandits but It wasn't until game 15 that the team finally got a regular
season win over
1997 champion Rocky Mountain.
However, following a 2-8 season, the Bandits folded
up shop with a 2-15 record in 2 seasons.
