Few specifics of this team are known at this time, but Camp Moscow, designated Camp #SCS-1, Company C-1503 in 1939, was part of the Great Depression era Civilian Conservation Corps created to give jobs to unemployed men building roads, soil conservation, water works and building the National Parks.

A 1933 record announced the game between Camp Moscow men and former Cascade, Idaho high school players and all-stars which the Cascade town team won 20-0.
