Based out of East Salem, Oregon, Derek Luna officially announced the formation of the Cobras on June 11, 2019.  This coincided with the announcement that the Willamette Valley Vikings would morph into the Cobras.

The Cobras became a casualty of the Covid-19 shutdowns.
