The former Western
Oregon University standout, and All-GPAC performer, has
quietly carved his name into the record books in the
Pacific Northwest, but 2016 was a breakout season for
the lengthy receiver out of Portland.
Helping the Raiders
to the 2014 GNFA Championship, Smith caught 84 passes
for 1,520 yards (second-best all-time) and 15
touchdowns.
Smith edged out
teammate and QB Russell Schneider in voting for the
award becoming the first Raider to take home the honor
since linebacker Ishmael Littleton became the first in
2003.
Isaiah also works as
a new uniform model for Nike in many of their
advertising and promotional campaigns.
