Created in 1893, this aggregation of players were the "lighter" in
weight (under 160lbs), but considered a faster group playing teams in
their similar weight class. Some players were called up to play
with the "big" club as needed.

Scurry, McIntyre, Larson were not allowed to play in the game against
the High School squad on Dec 9, 1893.
