Shane Jurasek
Great Falls Rangers, Helena Titans,
Missoula Raptors, Bitterroot Blaze, Missoula Phoenix, Great
Falls Gladiators, Montana Blaze, Laurel Loco Express
Quarterback
1999-2016
When you talk Montana semi pro football in the most recent
era, a 16-Time All-Star is a pretty good place to start.
Jurasek is a legend in the Rocky Mountain Football League
dating back almost to the inception of the league.
Not bad for an athlete who never played organized football
in high school, and credits having great coaching at the
semi pro level with his level of success.
Debuting in 1999 with the Great Falls Rangers and traveling
through the cities of Helena, Missoula, Billings and stints
with Bitterroot over the course of his career, Shane led for
a steady 17-years as the go-to signal caller in Montana.
Compiling a 116-54 record and over 28,000 passing yards and
360+ TD tosses, Shane led his teams to four league title
games winning two RMFL Championships.
Tabbed the RMFL Offensive Player of the Year four times with
three different teams, Jurasek was also named the RMFL
overall MVP as well as Two-Time Championship Game MVP
including 2016 where he led his Great Falls squad to a
perfect 10-0 record in his 17th and final season.
