Advertised to be playing as an expansion team for the North American Football League Northwest Division out of the Skagit Valley, Washington area, the Crusaders, owned by Brandon Powell's Power Sports Northwest was one of the others teams that included the Tacoma Predators, Lewis County Pythons, Plateau Nightmare that never made it to the field due to minimal player and community interest.
