1921: Bad weather forced the cancellation of the Thanksgiving game with
Stevenson, Washington. Oregon City was quickly substituted where
White kicked the winning FG against. Burns, Yeager and O'Keefe were
standouts in the win.

Previously playing as the Albina Athletic Club for the 1921 season,
Labor Temple dominated the Portland City League in 1922.

Ted Faulk, manager of the Multnomah Winged M's squad promised former
Winged-M Harry Cook and Labor Temple a game, and even refereed the game
between the St. Johns Bachelors and the Lamorites. Multnomah would
bail on the game and Labor Temple took out its frustrations on
Waterfront in an 86-0 rout. The Temple vs Winged M's was expected
to draw a huge crowd as both teams were undefeated at the time of
scheduling. The Winged M's lost in California to Olympic Club on
Nov 11 then canceled the game
It was reported that Porter ripped numerous 60-yard touchdown runs
against Waterfront in an 86-0 rout, however official individual yardage
and scoring stats were not kept.
Porter would be the difference in Irving Park defeating the North
Portland Athletic Club of the 140lb League on Nov 26 after the Albina
league season officially ended.
The 1923 team returned to being the Albina Athletic Club after one
season as Labor Temple.
The 1924 team was sponsored by the Piedmont Club and rebranded.
The 1925 team found itself at the bottom of the league after Highland
and Vernon Park broke up and those players bolstered other rosters.

The Tacoma game was the only one for Yeager who was a heavyweight boxer.
Returning to "Albina" as its moniker, the team became a heated rival of
the St. Johns Bachelors from 1926-1933. Albina won the 1926 and
1932 League Titles, but struggled keeping the best players when other
teams formed in Albina such as the Union Pacific Railroaders of 1928.
Albina and Highland merged squads in 1930 for entry into the
Oregon-Washington League as the Junior team continued to supply
experienced fast players. The Cosgrove Brothers were named as
coaches, Tom Cosgrove a long time coach of Highland from 1912-1923.
Moses "Moe" Sax was named coach of the 1931 team, Sax coached the
Multnomah Winged M's in 1925.

Hellem was one of the "no-headguard" holdouts until a 1930 game when he
suffered a severe blow to the head agains St. Johns that required
x-rays.
The Albina team was replaced by the Piedmont Commercial Club for the
1932 season with Eric Waldorf named coach.
