The Chargers were noted in the Longview Daily News October 4, 1967 edition as being formed by former Lower Columbia College player Mick Vivian and scheduled to play the University of British Columbia JV, Seattle Cavaliers, Everett Wildcats and Monroe Reformatory Tigers.  In later stories, the team became the "Skagit Chargers" leading up to the Seattle Cavaliers game in October riding a 4-game winning streak.  The Seattle Times reported the team as the "Skagit Wreckers" during a November 19th, 1967 game, that has not been confirmed to be the same team as this Chargers, but the games will list here.
