Returning to operate a team after a year away, Paul Moore formerly with the Valley Rangers (2014-2017) brought the Savage to the Valley and the Idaho Contact League for the 2019 season. Leading the team to back-to-back 2-5 seasons and playoff appearances in 2019 and 2020, the Black Tide ended those seasons starting an eventual ten-game skid against the 3-time ICFL champions. QB Davan Norris was voted ICFL Offensive MVP while middle linebacker Casey Brown earned a 1st Team All-League nod.

The 2021 campaign was a better effort as the Savage battled to a 5-3 record during the regular season, but for the third time in a row the season ended at the hands of the Black Tide.

Following a year off to regroup, the Savage returned for the 2023 season absorbing many of the former Treasure Valley Duckz members. The results remained much the same as the Savage finished 3-5 missing the playoffs but earning a redemptive win in the November "Turkey Bowl" against the Treasure Valley Invaders of the Mountain West League.

The 2024 season was again a middle-of-the-pack finish as the Savage posted a 3-4 season again missing the playoffs. The team posted a franchise record 81 points in the season finale against the Gem State Guardians.
