Created in 2004 and coached by Phil McIntyre, the Bengals were a late gather after the Marauders failed to show enough stability to gain entry into the Rocky Mountain Football League aftet a couple of independent outings in the fall of 2003.  The newly expanded RMFL which now included the Utah League, accepted the 38-member squad for the 2004 season which proved rough to say the least as they were placed in the Utah Division.

The Bengals ended up a one-and-done venture with the last place offense of the season.  Zero wins, twelve points scored and five shut out losses, the only bright spot for the franchise was a season finale forfeit by the Layton Longhorns to close the 2004 season.  Charles Ballard and Wesley Daniels were selected to play in the RMFL All-Star game.
